About us : The South Warwickshire Voluntary Group of Diabetes UK was formed 25 years ago and is run by volunteers to help people with diabetes, or their carers, in South Warwickshire (including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and surrounding areas), and to promote a better public awareness of the condition.

Campaign news : Our campaign for "Living with diabetes in schools" has been successful with the appointment of a support person for headteachers to ensure they and governing bodies in all schools in Warwickshire implement the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the new Disability Equality Duty both of which of course include diabetes.
